Meet the Team
A small, full-time team behind every Kangaroo House property. We live in East Delhi, run the PGs day-to-day, and answer every WhatsApp message ourselves — no call centre, no franchise model.
Founder & Operations
Leads property selection, resident onboarding and parent communication. Personally inspects every room before handover. Over 8 years in East Delhi residential management.
Kitchen & Meal Quality
Oversees the weekly menu across all six properties, food safety audits, and resident feedback loops. Home-style North Indian meals with regional rotation.
Safety & Wardens
Every property has a dedicated warden on-site, with female wardens in all girls' and unisex PGs. 24/7 CCTV monitoring and biometric access are managed centrally.
Resident Experience
Answers WhatsApp queries within 30 minutes during working hours, runs monthly resident feedback calls and coordinates the annual parent-visit weekend.
